SCS SB 239 -- CONVEYANCE IN PETTIS COUNTY

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey the National Guard
Armory in Sedalia to the Sedalia School District Foundation if a
bid of at least $99,990 is not received at public auction by the
Office of Administration within six months of opening of the
public sale of the property.  If no bid is received,
consideration for the conveyance to the Sedalia School District
Foundation will be $1.
